1 stop service centre is a hassle free way to get your car serviced! The process couldn't be simpler! It's Cost Effective & Convenient!- Either call us on 028 777 67733 or book online by email eric@cckni.com – one of our advisors will book your car in for service at a date convenient to you.
- On date of service we can collect your car FREE* of charge at an agreed time from your home or work
- We will service your car at our Service Centre in line with the manufacturer service schedule. Using GENUINE car parts of O.E (Original Equipment) standard – ensuring your warranty is protected.
- Should your car require any additional work, one of our advisors will contact you to seek authorisation and approval before any work is done. The work will only be carried out if you agree to the additional work and cost
- All servicing is carried out by qualified mechanics & technicians using the most up to date equipment. All servicing with us will be covered by a 12 month parts & labour guarantee
- On completion of your Car service one of our advisors will contact you to take payment by phone via debit/credit card
- We will then give your car a FREE wash & vac and return it to your home or work (FREE delivery*)at a time arranged by you.
WARRANTY PROTECTED
In 2003 Government legislation called "Block Exemption" was passed. This means that an independent garage can now carry out your car service, so that the warranty is still protected, meaning you no longer need to use a main dealer to do your car service. At CCK we use GENUINE car parts of OE (Original Equipment) standard, ensuring your warranty is protected at all times Your main dealer may still try to convince you to stay with them but the reality is that your car service/repairs with us is just as good (if not better) and is always likely to be considerably cheaper than what they will charge. Main dealers and independent garages use the same car part suppliers (in most cases) therefore any misleading comments by main dealers trying to influence you to stay with them are not really warranted!!!
